The strengthening of handling of these violations aims to ensure traffic safety and order; raise awareness of compliance with traffic laws, reduce congestion and traffic accidents occurring in the southern gateway area of Ho Chi Minh City, especially on National Highway 1, the access roads to Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong Expressway, Nguyen Van Linh, Nguyen Cuu Phu, Nguyen Huu Tri, etc.

From the beginning of 2025 to now, through patrolling the area, officers and soldiers of Tan Tuc Traffic Police Station have detected and handled 237 cases of violations of transporting bulky goods, 11 cases of vehicles pulling homemade trailers, 105 cases of violations of not having rearview mirrors, 1 case of self-assembled vehicles, 81 cases of violations of transporting oversized and overloaded goods; other acts are 17 cases. Temporarily detained 206 two-wheeled motorbikes and 125 homemade rickshaws, 98 three-wheeled motorbikes.
