Since the 1970s of the last century, the Bim Son - Thanh Hoa limestone mountain area has been surveyed and evaluated by Soviet experts as the best raw material area for cement production in Vietnam. For that reason, Long Son Cement Company started construction in 2014 in Dong Son ward, Bim Son town, Thanh Hoa province with 4 synchronous production lines with a total capacity of 10.5 million tons/year. The main raw materials in the production of Long Son cement are supplied directly from the Bim Son limestone mountain area. Along with the production equipment lines of famous brands Loesche, IKN, ABB of the Federal Republic of Germany combined with advanced production technology of Japan have created high quality cement products.
On that basis, Long Cement has now launched high quality product lines to the market, not only meeting domestic standards but also international standards.
