Speaking at the congress, Provincial Party Committee member and Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of An Giang province, Nguyen Thong Nhat, requested the Party Committee of Binh Thanh Dong commune to focus on building a clean and strong Party and a "Refined - compact - strong - efficient - effective - efficient" political system.
