In the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution taking place strongly, the application of AI technologies in urban planning, management and development is not only an inevitable trend but also a key factor in creating a difference, improving the quality of life and competitiveness of Vietnamese cities.
Associate Professor, Dr. Thoai Nam, Director of the Center for Computing Engineering (Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology) assessed that the role of real estate in smart cities is assessed through the quality of life.
The economic impact of real estate in smart cities will attract investment in high-tech industries and green businesses, making smart cities hubs for innovation and economic growth.

According to Associate Professor, Dr. Thoai Nam, applying artificial intelligence becomes meaningless without data.
Therefore, it is necessary to build data infrastructure from ward, commune, and department levels to form a provincial data infrastructure.
Then, apply AI in data mining; build data based on data standards; ensure consistency from governance building, data mining, management policies, security and sharing.

Meanwhile, Mr. Tran Chi Hieu, Director of the AI Center of the Vietnam Blockchain Association, shared about the application of AI in real estate.
According to him, using AI in sales will help the sales team create short videos for sales with short, fast, emotional content to retain customers. At the same time, using AI in building personal brands for sellers, creating project comparison tools and product suggestions, automating content processes, customer care, etc.
