As of May 2023, Binh Duong province has 2 intangible cultural heritages on the List of Representative Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, 5 intangible cultural heritages on the List of National Intangible Cultural Heritage.

According to the assessment of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the work of preserving and promoting the values of intangible cultural heritage representing humanity and the nation in recent times has made many important contributions to the protection and promotion of the values of the heritage system, thereby contributing to the good implementation of the Law on Cultural Heritage in Binh Duong province. To achieve these achievements, the culture, sports and tourism sector has received the attention of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and all levels of government and departments in the province. Many State management documents on cultural heritage management have been issued to ensure effectiveness and longevity.
