Ukraine turns the left bank of the Dnieper into an "impregnable" fortress with Russian UAVs

However, according to observers, after the unsuccessful counterattack campaign last June, Ukraine's determination to hold Krinky at all costs has strategic significance to show that they are still in control of the situation on the front line.

Ukrainian and foreign media last month described the battle for Krynky as a very difficult task for the marines of the 35th Ukrainian Brigade.

This is just a very small land, but to hold it, Ukraine has to mobilize forces to cross the river, supply across the river and they often endure "rain" of fire and fierce artillery attacks from Russia.

However, Ukraine is using its UAVs, including suicide and explosive-laden ones, to inflict damage on Russian forces attempting to attack Krynky, while fiercely preventing Moscow's UAVs from attacking the village.

In a battle, the side that controls the airspace will have the advantage. "The Ukrainian armed forces' drones are active and on a large scale in Krynky, making it difficult and dangerous for Russia to move there," said Russian journalist Alexander Sladkov.
