According to the Department of Vehicle and Driver Management, Hai Duong Department of Transport, on average, each month there are about 5,500 - 6,000 people taking the driving test to obtain a car or motorbike driving license at centers in Hai Duong. Of which, the passing rate in the driving test to obtain a car driving license is only 40-45%, the passing rate to obtain a motorbike driving license is 65-70%.
In the first 6 months of 2024, the Department of Transport issued more than 21,000 driving licenses to people who passed the driving tests.
In the province, there are currently 8 training facilities for A1 class motorbike and car drivers; 6 testing centers for A1 class car and motorbike drivers.
