Tuyen Quang: Inauguration of the Examination and Treatment Department of Quan Ba Regional Hospital

On the morning of August 10, the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province held the inauguration ceremony of the Examination and Treatment Department, Quan Ba Regional General Hospital.

This is a particularly meaningful project, a gift from General Secretary To Lam to the province, demonstrating deep concern for the Party Committee, government, and people of all local ethnic groups.

Attending the inauguration ceremony were representatives of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Health; leaders of Tuyen Quang province, along with officers, doctors and nurses of Quan Ba Regional General Hospital and many people in the commune.

The project has a total investment of 36 billion VND, with a scale of 4 floors and 1 attic, a total floor area of 2,082m2, including 30 hospital beds, along with a system of examination and treatment rooms, offices, and halls equipped with modern medical equipment, such as ultrasound machines, digestive endoscopy systems, immunological testing machines, and ENT endoscopy systems.

The project also invests in synchronous auxiliary items such as: gates, fences, pump houses, generators, drainage systems, lighting, gardens, renovation of old offices, etc., creating a spacious medical facility.

After 4 months of implementation, the project was completed and put into operation, contributing significantly to improving medical examination and treatment capacity, especially in remote areas.

Deo Ca Group is the construction unit that has overcome weather difficulties, organizing 3 continuous shifts to ensure progress, quality and safety.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Vuong Ngoc Ha, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province, emphasized that this is a project of profound historical, political, social and humanistic significance, not only improving the capacity of medical examination and treatment for people in the border areas, but also vividly demonstrating the concern of the Party, the State, and the leaders for the lives of ethnic people in the northernmost part of the country.

Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province, Vuong Ngoc Ha, suggested that in the coming time, the Department of Health of Tuyen Quang province should closely coordinate with local authorities to develop a plan to operate the project, associated with the strategy to improve the quality of primary health care for ethnic minority areas; and arrange a full team of qualified and dedicated doctors and nurses.

Quan Ba Regional General Hospital needs to consider this as the "new home" of the local health sector; build a friendly, dedicated, and quality medical examination and treatment environment; maximize the function of the project, creating trust for patients and the community.

At the ceremony, leaders of Tuyen Quang province and the Ministry of Public Security visited the departments to visit, encourage and give gifts to patients undergoing treatment./.
