Also attending the Congress were comrade Tran Dinh Hiep - Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs; representatives of leaders of a number of departments, branches, sectors and units of the province; and 180 official delegates representing 1,300 party members in the entire Party Committee.
Tuy Phuoc Bac Commune Party Committee was established on the basis of merging the Party Committees of three communes: Phuoc Hiep, Phuoc Hung and Phuoc Thang of Tuy Phuoc District (old). During the 2020-2025 term, the local Party Committee, government and people have promoted the tradition of solidarity, strived to achieve many important achievements.
Notably, the work of building the Party and the political system has been enhanced, the organizational apparatus has been consolidated and streamlined. The leadership method of the Party Committee has been innovated, democracy has been promoted, and the activities of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations have been improved.
The average growth rate of local gross domestic product over the past 5 years is estimated at 7.6%; average income per capita by 2025 will reach 68 million VND; the poverty rate will decrease to 0.43%.
In particular, Phuoc Quang and Phuoc Hung communes (old) have met the model new rural standards, and Phuoc Hiep commune (old) has met the advanced new rural standards.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the Congress discussed and agreed on important goals and tasks for the 2025-2030 term: focusing on building a truly clean and strong Party organization and political system; maintaining political stability, ensuring national defense and security, and improving people's lives.
Promoting revolutionary traditions, the strength of national solidarity, arousing the will of self-reliance and the aspiration to rise up and build a rich and beautiful homeland. Effectively utilizing internal resources, maximizing potentials and advantages, and making good use of external resources for rapid and sustainable development.
Promote digital transformation, develop high-tech agriculture, promote private economy , innovation and green growth. Strive to turn Tuy Phuoc Bac into a modern, unique new rural commune.
The Congress identified 3 breakthroughs in the new term, including: Focusing on leadership, directing the concretization and creative application of the contents of 2 major resolutions as institutional foundations, creating motivation for Tuy Phuoc Bac commune to rise up in the new era, including: Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation and Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on private economic development.
The master plan of Tuy Phuoc Bac commune creates a new development space associated with the development of technical infrastructure - transportation - urbanization. Breakthrough in human resource development, digital transformation and administrative reform.
The Congress agreed on the main targets for the 2025-2030 term, including: an average annual growth rate of total product value of 10.3%; average income per capita by 2030 of 80-85 million VND; total budget revenue of over 30.2 billion VND; attracting 5 new projects; total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue of 11,490 billion VND; forming and developing Tuy Phuoc Bac Industrial Cluster...
Speaking at the Congress, comrade Tran Minh Son emphasized: The Party Executive Committee of Tuy Phuoc Bac commune needs to urgently concretize the Congress Resolution into a specific action plan and program that is close to the actual situation, with the motto "6 clear" (clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibility, clear products, clear authority).

The Party Committee of the commune needs to focus on mobilizing and effectively using resources, exploiting local potentials and strengths; developing agriculture based on high-tech applications.
Along with that, planning and investing in industrial cluster infrastructure; developing rural services-trade-tourism associated with urbanization. Promoting the advantages of historical and spiritual relics to serve local tourism; focusing on developing the private economy, creating an open and transparent investment and business environment.
The Congress announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on appointing the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and key leadership positions of the Tuy Phuoc Bac Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, comrade Huynh Thi Thanh Nguyet was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee.
