Over the past time, agencies and units have thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the directives of the Ministry of National Defense, the General Department of Logistics and Technology, and instructions from specialized departments on logistics and technical support for the A80 mission as well as during the general training session.

Promoting the sense of responsibility, the force doing logistics and technical work has overcome difficulties and basically completed the assigned tasks well. The contents have been implemented quite well.

During the first training session at Ba Dinh Square on the evening of August 21, the units organized meals for the troops according to the correct standards and regimes. The quality of the main afternoon meal from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the basic assembly locations was suitable for mobile camping conditions, ensuring food hygiene and safety. Drinking water points in the Square and Botanical Park were well organized. The military uniforms of the basic units were sufficient.

Military medical work was closely organized; 12 military medical stations were organized with adequate equipment, medicine, and medical supplies, including 2 emergency, treatment, and resuscitation centers, 4 emergency tents deployed at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Command; 8 emergency stations were deployed at 8 locations to ensure military medical parades, street parades, and assembly areas were ready to deploy for classification, emergency, treatment, and transportation in mass emergency situations.

During the process of moving on the road and moving military vehicles to the assembly location at the Ministry of National Defense Command Headquarters, the F1 Racetrack ensures absolute safety for people and vehicles. The movement of military vehicles from the assembly locations to Ba Dinh Square area is ensured to have enough fuel, on time, and absolutely safe.

Hundreds of cars of all kinds were secured to serve the general training session. 100% of military vehicles were labeled with the military branch logo to participate in the parade; 9 technical support teams of 2 specialties (motorcycles and armored vehicles) were established.

The assigned agencies and units have organized to ensure sufficient electricity and water, and basically ensure enough toilets for the forces participating in the comprehensive training. The Capital Command has coordinated with the Hanoi People's Committee to install 598/612 single toilets and 11 field toilets to ensure aesthetics and good quality.

On the evening of August 24, the forces participating in mission A80 will conduct the second combined training at Ba Dinh Square.

To best prepare for the second training session as well as for the preliminary rehearsals, general rehearsals and the official Celebration Ceremony, Major General Phung Ngoc Son requested that units continue to organize meals for soldiers according to the prescribed regime and standards, ensuring flexibility and suitability to the actual conditions of each session (time, gathering location, weather...), ensuring absolute food hygiene and safety; clean the area, put leftovers and waste in the right place; organize service forces and divide into many points to ensure drinking water, especially water supply points on the roads.

At the same time, units inspect and guide soldiers to wear proper uniforms, especially ceremonial uniforms, and to manage and use them properly and strictly to avoid damage or loss.

Major General Phung Ngoc Son noted that the military medical force in general and the military medical units in particular need to regularly check and grasp the health status of the troops; especially pay attention to the health of the drivers of the units. The military medical teams must be on duty in the right positions and must always be ready to promptly and effectively handle any arising situations.

Regarding the technical status of weapons, equipment, vehicles, and equipment, units need to regularly check both before and after performing tasks; absolutely do not be subjective, avoid passive and unexpected situations during the performance of tasks. Technical support forces must be on duty at the right designated locations, especially at Ba Dinh Square, ready to promptly handle situations.

Military vehicle and artillery units should pay attention to uniformly implementing regulations on turning on straight-ahead turn signals and size lights when participating in performing tasks; after completing the task, they must organize the assembly location to tie down, guard closely, regularly check, and have measures to prevent fires and explosions, prevent rats from biting the electrical wires of vehicles, equipment, and weapons... to ensure the best technical condition./.
