Many coastal stations recorded strong winds of level 6–7, gusting to level 8–9.
The North and Central regions have very heavy rain.
It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the storm will enter the sea area of Thanh Hoa - Northern Quang Tri, maintaining a strong intensity of level 14, gusting to level 17. At sea, the Thanh Hoa - Quang Tri area will have winds of level 7-9, near the storm center will have winds of level 12-14, waves of 8-10 m high; Northern Bac Bo Gulf will have winds of level 6-7, gusting to 9, especially Bach Long Vi will have winds of level 8-9, gusting to 11. Storm surges along the coast of Hai Phong - Northern Quang Tri will generally be 0.5-1.8 m; especially Thanh Hoa - Nghe An will reach 1.8 m, with a risk of flooding along the coast and river mouths in the evening of August 25.
