The police took Tu and Duc to the place where the loan advertisement flyer was previously posted to remove it.

Searching the residence of these two people, the police seized many debt papers, books, notes of income and expenditure, and daily interest payments. During the investigation, Tu confessed that he and Duc posted flyers advertising loans on many streets.

Previously, on May 6, Ho Chi Minh City Steering Committee 138 directed the Steering Committees 138 of districts, towns, and Thu Duc City to simultaneously launch propaganda campaigns and mobilize people to participate in removing and deleting illegal advertising products.

This move aims to restore urban beauty and eradicate loan sharking networks by distributing and posting flyers advertising quick loans on electric poles and walls of houses.
