
In Do Luong commune, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia and the delegation visited and presented gifts to Mr. Tran Dang Van's family in hamlet 6; and the disabled couple Nguyen Dinh Que and Nguyen Thi Lien in Phu Dinh hamlet. Mr. Tran Dang Van is a Catholic party member whose brother is a martyr.

At the places he visited, the Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission expressed his deep gratitude for the great contributions, sacrifices and losses of the families in the struggle for national independence and freedom.

Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia kindly inquired about the health and living conditions of families with meritorious services and beneficiaries. He hoped that war invalids, families with meritorious services and beneficiaries would always be healthy, continue to set good examples and be a strong spiritual support for their children and grandchildren; and continue to contribute to the socio -economic development of the locality and the country.
On the same afternoon, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia and the delegation visited and presented gifts to wounded soldiers at Nghe An War Invalids Nursing Center in Vinh Loc ward.
Next, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia and the delegation visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Pham Thi Thanh, 95 years old, in block 3, Cua Lo ward.

On the morning of July 16, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia and the delegation also visited the Do Luong Commune Public Administration Service Center.
Here, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia highly appreciated the locality's initiative in preparing facilities, organizing personnel and putting the commune-level government apparatus into stable operation. The public administration service center has a clear division of labor between departments, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted service to the people.

To continue improving the efficiency of administrative procedure settlement, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia suggested strengthening training and fostering to improve professional qualifications, especially information technology skills for officials and civil servants; creating the most favorable conditions, best meeting the needs of people and businesses when coming to carry out administrative procedures.
