As the unit ensuring service for the sports festival, Division 390 has deployed the construction of the training ground on schedule, ensuring adequate facilities, training ground equipment, and vehicles; arranged accommodation and living quarters for the organizing committee, judges, referees, athletes participating in the competition, and service forces; arranged billboards and banners, ensured military medicine and medical supplies, and performed well the epidemic prevention and sanitation work, organized the spraying of disinfectants in residential areas, dining halls, and kitchens.

Currently, the unit has welcomed 10 delegations of athletes to practice and get acquainted with the training ground. The 2025 Army Rescue Sports Festival has 14 units participating in the competition with 3 events including: Rescue team overcoming special obstacle course; Rescue team relay; Rescue team accelerating to the finish line. According to the plan, the 2025 Army Rescue Sports Festival will take place from June 23 to June 27, 2025.

Speaking at the inspection, Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc praised Division 390 for basically ensuring the preparations for the sports festival, and at the same time requested the Organizing Committee of the sports festival to continue to review, fully and timely implement the assigned tasks; develop detailed operational scenarios, research and adjust scientifically to suit actual conditions, in order to create favorable conditions for participating delegations to achieve high results. In addition, the Organizing Committee needs to fully prepare the conditions of facilities such as training grounds, places to eat, stay, etc. to serve well, ensuring absolute safety for the training program and organization of the sports festival.

The Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army noted that the Organizing Committee of the sports festival should install surveillance cameras and fly cams so that teams can watch the competition live on the screen and review their team's performance on video to gain experience or have any problems or suggestions, the Organizing Committee will rely on the video to resolve them satisfactorily.
Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc also asked the competing teams to make every effort to achieve the best results for the sports festival; Division 390 arranged to record sample performances and send them to the participating teams for reference; and to strengthen the propaganda work for the sports festival.
