"I am deeply dissatisfied that the UN Security Council repeatedly calls for discussion on the DPRK's exercise of its rights as a sovereign state, at the request of the United States," Kim said in a statement carried by the KCNA news agency. According to her, this is an act of interference in the internal affairs of the DPRK, violating its sovereignty. Kim said that Pyongyang has the right to defend itself against threats from the US and its allies.
