Ho Chi Minh City leaders visit Ba Ria - Vung Tau Martyrs Cemetery

On the morning of July 25, at the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Martyrs' Cemetery (Ba Ria Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), a delegation of the City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City led by Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, visited and offered flowers and incense to the heroic martyrs on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

Also attending the ceremony were comrade Nguyen Van Tho, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; former leaders of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province (formerly) through the periods; comrades who are members of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, members of the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; local cadres, soldiers and people.

Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, offered incense at the graves of heroic martyrs.

At the ceremony, the delegation respectfully offered fresh wreaths to the heroic Vietnamese mothers and martyrs and observed a minute of silence to express deep gratitude for the contributions of the heroic Vietnamese mothers and martyrs, who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, performed the drum beating ceremony at the funeral.

After the flower and incense offering ceremony, delegates burned incense on each grave of the heroic martyrs to commemorate and show gratitude.
