Over 126 hectares of land allocated for construction of social housing and workers' housing

The whole province currently has 21 land plots arranged to build social housing and workers' housing, with a total area of over 126 hectares.

The list of the above land plots has been publicly posted on the National Bidding Network for interested investors to propose projects.   In the coming time, based on legal regulations and investor proposals, the Department of Finance will continue to coordinate with departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to call for investors' interest, and at the same time advise the Provincial People's Committee to conduct bidding to select investors to implement the project in accordance with the law.

In the period from 2021 - 2024, Hung Yen province has completed 2 projects ,   with a total of over 1,000 completed apartments. Currently, the province is continuing to implement 4 projects, with a total scale of nearly 3,600 apartments.
