Granting investment approval decisions for 4 major projects in Bac Giang

On the afternoon of June 30, the People's Committee of Bac Giang province held a ceremony to hand over the Decision on approving the investment policy and the Investment Registration Certificate for a number of key projects in the area. Comrade Pham Van Thinh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the ceremony, with the participation of representatives of departments, branches and investors.

At the ceremony, the province awarded Investment Registration Certificates to two major projects.

The Soilbuild Bac Giang factory, warehouse and office development project of SB Company Limited (Bac Giang) was implemented in Yen Lu Industrial Park, Bac Giang city, with an area of ​​over 16 hectares and a total investment of 1,597 billion VND.

Zhishang Vietnam New Materials Factory 2 project of Heng Li New Materials Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Quang Chau Industrial Park, Viet Yen town, has an area of ​​nearly 96 hectares and an investment capital of VND 979.2 billion.

In addition, the People's Committee of Bac Giang province also approved investment in two dry port projects, including Dong Son dry port (17.17 hectares, investment capital of VND 1,151 billion) and Sen Ho dry port (nearly 200 hectares, investment capital of VND 700 billion).

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh emphasized that the 4 projects awarded the Decision and Certificate are very important in the industrial and service development strategy, contributing to enhancing the regional economic position of Bac Giang province as well as Bac Ninh province (new).

Bac Ninh province (new) will be the northeastern gateway of Hanoi capital, belonging to the Northern key economic region, connecting the major economic corridor Lang Son-Hanoi-Ho Chi Minh City and the trans-Asian corridor. Together with Hanoi, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, the province will become the focus of socio-economic development in the northeastern region of Vietnam, promoting trade, tourism and services.

Comrade Pham Van Thinh requested that departments and branches support investors in completing legal procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and shortening implementation time. Localities need to coordinate in quickly clearing land, creating favorable conditions for investors.

At the same time, it is recommended that investors seriously implement projects on schedule, comply with the law, prioritize local labor, invest in welfare works and develop green and sustainable.
