"Heart for Children" is a program that supports free surgery for poor children under 16 years old in Vietnam, supports improving medical capacity, and organizes congenital heart disease screening activities for children. The program was founded and operated by the Military Industry - Telecommunications Group ( Viettel ) and the Tam Long Viet Fund - Vietnam Television from 2008 to present.

Over the course of 15 years, the program has supported surgery costs for 6,500 patients, organized 86 free screening programs to detect congenital heart disease early for nearly 150,000 children in disadvantaged areas of the country. With an average surgery cost of up to 40 million VND per case, having a child with congenital heart disease is a real burden and not every family can afford it. Therefore, the program is implemented with funding from Viettel (committed to sponsoring 5 billion VND/year) and socialized resources will support all surgery costs for children with congenital heart disease in difficult circumstances.
