The seminar affirmed the great significance of the August Revolution, in which the Party's leadership role stood out; lessons learned were used to reflect on the current new revolutionary stage; and the nature of our regime and State was affirmed, so that the people could trust, overcome all difficulties and challenges, and achieve new revolutionary achievements.

Along with that, promote the spirit of the August Revolution to take advantage of opportunities, turn challenges into opportunities, and successfully build a developed Vietnam with high income and modern industry, as set out in the 13th Party Congress Document.
Many scientists and managers sent papers and directly spoke at the seminar, such as: Professor, Dr. Ta Ngoc Tan, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council; Dr. Le Doan Hop, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Minister of Information and Communications ; Professor, Dr. Dinh Xuan Dung, former Vice Chairman of the Central Council for Theory and Criticism of Literature and Arts; Dr. Nguyen Si Dung, member of the Prime Minister's Policy Advisory Council, former Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office; Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Hoai Son, Standing Member of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Society; Comrade Phan Duc Hieu, Permanent Member of the National Assembly's Committee on Economics and Finance; along with experts, managers, business leaders, representatives of agencies and units inside and outside the Army.
