The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued a plan to organize an art program and fireworks display to celebrate the announcement ceremony of the resolution and decision of the Central and local governments on merging provincial and commune-level administrative units and ending the operation of district-level administrative units, establishing Party organizations, appointing Party committees, People's Councils, and People's Committees of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of cities, communes, wards, and special zones.

Accordingly, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism presides over and coordinates withSun Group Corporation and related units to implement. The art program will take place at 8:00 p.m. on June 30 at the grandstand and stage of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF 2025), the fireworks display location at the Han River port area. With the theme "Da Nang - Flying high with the country", the art program includes 3 parts: "Heavy land of affection", "Heritage convergence", "Aspiration to soar high" performed by famous singers and artists of Trung Vuong Theater, actors of art units located in the city.
The program was broadcast live on two channels of the Newspaper and Da Nang Radio and Television. At the same time, an art program and fireworks display to celebrate the announcement ceremony also took place at 24-3 Square, Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province.
