Continue to apply the land price list of Dong Nai province and Binh Phuoc province before the merger until the end of 2025

(DN) - On July 21, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang signed and issued Document 1271/UBND-KTNS on the application of land price list from July 1, 2025 in Dong Nai province.

In the above document, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to continue applying the land price list issued in each locality before the merger.

Specifically, the land price list of Dong Nai province before the merger is in the following decisions: No. 56/2022/QD-UBND dated December 19, 2022, No. 24/2023/QD-UBND dated May 23, 2023 and No. 86/2024/QD-UBND dated December 27, 2024. Land price list of Binh Phuoc province (old) is in the following decisions: No. 18/2020/QD-UBND dated August 12, 2020, No. 52/2024/QD-UBND dated December 27, 2024.

The time of application is from July 1 to December 31, 2025. In which, the land prices in the wards and communes after the merger are based on the communes, wards and towns before the merger to apply.

The Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to urgently advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue a new land price list of Dong Nai province to apply from January 1, 2026.

According to the provisions of the Land Law, the land price list issued by the Provincial People's Committee is the basis for calculating land use fees and land rent when the State allocates or leases land without auction; calculating land use tax, income tax from land use right transfer, registration fee and other financial obligations related to land; calculating compensation value when the State reclaims land; determining starting price for auctioning land use rights...
