BDK.VN - In order to join hands in implementing the program of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for Ben Tre people, on the morning of June 21, 2025, a working delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Giang province led by Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Dinh Duc Canh came to Ben Tre to present a symbolic plaque of 3 billion VND to support the construction of 50 "Great Unity" houses. Joining the delegation were Vice Chairmen of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Giang province. Receiving the delegation were Vice Chairmen of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ben Tre province Dang Thi Phuong and members of the Standing Committee.

At the reception ceremony, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Giang province Dinh Duc Canh presented a symbolic plaque of 3 billion VND to support the construction of 50 "Great Solidarity" houses (60 million VND/house).

Speaking at the reception ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Giang Province, Ngo Bien Cuong, informed about the implementation of the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in Bac Giang Province. Up to now, Bac Giang has completed the program according to the plan, ensuring that households have warm and solid houses before the storm season of 2025.

Along with that, implementing the signing program, as well as enhancing exchanges, learning experiences and strengthening the relationship between the two localities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Giang province supported Ben Tre with 3 billion VND to build and repair 50 "Great Unity" houses. Although the amount of money is not much, this is the heart of the Party Committee, government and people of Bac Giang province towards the Party Committee, government and people of Ben Tre.
