(Haiphong.gov.vn) - Implementing Decision No. 1198/QD-TTg dated October 13, 2023 of the Prime Minister on promulgating the Plan to implement the Law on Electronic Transactions, the City People's Committee has just directed the Department of Information and Communications to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Justice and relevant agencies to review and amend the Regulations on management, operation, exploitation and use of the City Data Center system in accordance with the Law on Electronic Transactions, and submit them to the City People's Committee for promulgation after the Law on Electronic Transactions comes into effect.
Assign the Department of Justice to coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications to review and amend the Regulations on management, operation, exploitation and use of the City Data Center system in accordance with the Law on Electronic Transactions. Assign the Departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, communes, wards and towns to post the content of the Law on Electronic Transactions on the Electronic Information Portal/Page, propagate on the City's Legal Dissemination and Education Page and other appropriate forms of propaganda so that cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and people can easily access, exploit and use.
Along with that, determine the content and form of legal dissemination suitable for each target group and locality; compile, post and widely distribute dissemination documents and coordinate with the Department of Legal Dissemination and Education under the Ministry of Justice to update on the National Legal Dissemination and Education Electronic Information Portal http://pbgdpl.gov.vn.
The city's mass media agencies coordinate with the city's departments, branches, sectors, and relevant units to develop programs, columns, and specialized pages to widely disseminate the contents of the Law on Electronic Transactions. The Department of Information and Communications directs and guides press and media agencies and grassroots broadcasting systems to increase information, communication, and dissemination of laws on electronic transactions. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city and its member organizations also actively organize communication and dissemination of the Law on Electronic Transactions to union members, members, and people of all walks of life.
