According to TVBS, when Chinese media began reporting rumors about this incident, China Central Television (CCTV) removed the video of Angelababy's recent performance at the Mid-Autumn Festival program.

The state television station's deletion of the video has led many to suspect that Angelababy is being "blacklisted".
