Over the past 5 years of implementing the National Border Defense Day, the awareness, sense of responsibility, vigilance of the people, the role and political determination of the Party committees, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels, forces and people of all walks of life in Thuan Bac district in building, managing and protecting territorial sovereignty have been constantly enhanced. The movements, programs and models of the Border Guard in building potential, developing socio-economy in association with strengthening national defense and security in the maritime border area continue to be implemented effectively. The movement "All people participate in protecting territorial sovereignty and national border security in the new situation" has been closely implemented, creating conditions for socio-economic development in the area.
Leaders of Thuan Bac district awarded certificates of merit to collectives with outstanding achievements in implementing "People's Border Day" in the period 2019-2024.
At the conference, the People's Committee of Thuan Bac district awarded certificates of merit to 3 groups and 5 individuals with outstanding achievements in 5 years of implementing the National Border Guard Day in the period of 2019-2024. The Provincial Border Guard presented gifts to 14 students under the Project "Army officers and soldiers help children go to school", encouraging them to continue to strive to overcome difficulties in their studies and life.
