Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh offered incense and expressed his deep respect for the late Prime Minister - a staunch proletarian revolutionary soldier; one of the key leaders and predecessors of the Vietnamese revolution; who made great contributions to the cause of national liberation, construction and protection of the Fatherland.
During 75 years of continuous revolutionary activities, 41 years as a member of the Party Central Committee, 35 years as a member of the Politburo, 32 years as Prime Minister, 10 years as an Advisor to the Party Central Committee, Prime Minister Pham Van Dong made many great contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.

Especially with two times as head of the negotiating delegation in Fontainebleau, France (in 1946) and Geneva, Switzerland (in 1954), contributing to ending the war and restoring peace in Indochina.
With his dedication to the nation's revolutionary cause with a pure, impartial, and objective heart, the late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong received the love and respect of all classes of people in the country and international friends.
