At the inspection, the units receiving the task reported a summary of the results of the logistics and technical assurance work for the A80 task from the time of receiving the task to the time of inspection (leadership, direction, implementation; results; expected logistics and technical assurance work in the next period; recommendations and proposals).

Including ensuring food and drink; food hygiene and safety; ensuring military uniforms; ensuring necessities for soldiers participating in training; disease prevention and control, health care for soldiers, emergency aid, treatment; management and use of materials and military medical equipment... Barracks work, consolidating and repairing barracks to ensure accommodation, ensuring tents; living areas, sanitary facilities; ensuring tools, electricity, water; petrol work, ensuring timely and good quality petrol and technical equipment...

Concluding the inspection, Major General Phung Ngoc Son requested to continue to consolidate and supplement to ensure good accommodation and food for the forces; have plans to reserve generators, water pumps in areas, tanks, and reserve equipment in case of water shortage. Organize to ensure food according to the instructions of the Quartermaster Department based on the prescribed food allowance; ensure food hygiene and safety; do a good job of health management, emergency care, and treatment; ensure adequate medicine, supplies, and military medical equipment; organize good disease prevention, ensure food safety, and environmental sanitation.

Units must receive enough weapons and gun cabinets; strictly comply with regulations on management, arrangement, cleaning and preservation of weapons, paying special attention to units equipped with bayonets, thoroughly instructing soldiers to use them for the right purposes, ensuring safety. Organize the preservation and inspection of the technical condition of vehicles and machines to ensure good technical condition to perform tasks; closely coordinate with relevant agencies to prepare well in all aspects, proactively develop scientific and flexible plans, ensure the best parking for weapons, equipment, vehicles... at safe training locations and training areas of each specialty, suitable for weather conditions, not to affect the training process to perform tasks.
