Tay Ninh City: Awarding certificates of merit and gifts to households donating land to build Nguyen Van Rop Street

On the morning of June 27, at the People's Committee of Ward IV, the People's Committee of Tay Ninh City held a ceremony to award certificates of merit and gifts to households that donated land to build Nguyen Van Rop Street in Ward IV.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang Oanh - Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee presented certificates of merit and gifts to households donating land to build Nguyen Van Rop Street.

At the ceremony, the leaders of Tay Ninh city approved the decision to award certificates of merit, certificates of merit and gifts to 279 households, of which 42 households were commended by the Provincial People's Committee (households donating land worth 100 million VND or more), 90 households were commended by the City People's Committee (households donating land worth from 50 million VND to less than 100 million VND) and the People's Committee of Ward IV commended 147 households (households donating land worth 50 million VND or less).

The project to upgrade and expand Nguyen Van Rop Street, Ward IV, started on March 29, 2024, with the City Construction Investment Project Management Board as the investor. The starting point of the route intersects with Lac Long Quan Street, the end point intersects with Cach Mang Thang Tam Street; the total width of the roadbed is 21m and the length is more than 2,000m, 2 lanes.

The project received enthusiastic response from households; 279 households and individuals donated land to carry out the project with more than 7,000 ^m2 , total value of nearly 17.5 billion VND.
