Phuc Yen City liquidates 8T building

Recently, the People's Committee of Phuc Yen city issued a decision to liquidate the property of the 8T building in Xuan Hoa ward, in the form of selling the property to put into the budget for management and use according to regulations.

Building 8T, Xuan Hoa ward has seriously degraded and needs to be quickly liquidated and demolished.

According to remaining records, the 8T building in Xuan Hoa ward was built in 1972, completed and put into use around 1976, consisting of 5 floors, with a construction area of nearly 900m2, a total floor area of nearly 3,700m2, and 100 apartments.

Currently, the project has degraded and is seriously damaged, potentially unsafe for the community, at risk of collapse at any time, and the original value of the assets on the accounting books cannot be determined.

The liquidation of building 8T is necessary to have a basis to continue implementing the approved social housing project for low-income people, while ensuring the safety of residents living in the building, residents around the area, as well as urban aesthetics in the area.
