Contributing opinions to draft Plans and Resolutions of relevant units.

During the month, the Department of Tourism continued to implement many tasks to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of state management in the tourism sector. Preside over and coordinate with the Tourism Association to continue urging and guiding units managing tourist areas and destinations to strictly implement measures to ensure security, order, and environmental sanitation, focus on investing in renovating and upgrading technical facilities, equipment, and preparing human resources to serve tourists well; monitor, grasp, and synthesize weekly tourist visitor data at major tourist areas and destinations in the province; synthesize information on accommodation establishments in the province to serve the management and operation of tourism activities.
The work of planning and tourism development management continues to be maintained. In July, the Department participated in giving comments on more than 100 documents on construction investment projects, planning, draft Plans, and Resolutions related to the tourism industry.
Information and promotion activities about Ninh Binh heritage and tourism on social networks, digital platforms and electronic information pages are maintained. In July, electronic information pages about Ninh Binh tourism posted nearly 200 news, articles and images contributing to promoting the land, people, unique cultural features, products and tourism potential of Ninh Binh, attracting more than nearly 3 million visitors.
As of July 2025, the Department of Tourism has coordinated with relevant parties to publish about 43,600 tourism promotion publications such as: book "Ninh Binh - the beauty of the ancient capital", leaflets, brochures, notebooks, USBs... introducing the tourist destinations of Trang An, Bai Dinh, Tam Coc, file folders containing documents used in conferences, Famtrips, Presstrips, seminars, exhibitions... and distributed about 32,100 publications of all kinds to promote Ninh Binh tourism.
Consulting and supporting tourists at tourist support stations are regular, timely and effective. In July, the information counters supported 17,230 visitors, of which 8,973 were domestic visitors and 8,257 were international visitors; online consulting and providing Ninh Binh tourism information to tourists and travel agencies; consulting and supporting 228 visitors via the tourist support hotline 1900 0117 on information on tours, tourist routes in the province, restaurants, hotels for tourists to contact when necessary, and intra-provincial bus routes.
In July 2025, the whole Ninh Binh province (new) is estimated to welcome 650,372 visitors, of which 560,953 are domestic visitors and 89,419 are international visitors. Revenue is estimated to reach over 632 billion VND.
In the first 7 months of 2025, the whole Ninh Binh province (new) is estimated to welcome 14.7 million visitors. Of which, domestic visitors welcome 13.47 million visitors; international visitors welcome 1.25 million visitors. Revenue is estimated to reach over 13,343 billion VND.

In August 2025, the provincial Department of Tourism will deploy and implement 9 main tasks, including continuing to review and compile statistics on the system of tourist areas and destinations; national relics, tangible and intangible cultural heritages; researching, surveying and developing a plan to organize the Famtrip program to introduce new tourist routes and destinations in Ninh Binh province (new). Continue to conduct surveys of tourist areas and destinations on tourism resources, infrastructure serving tourists; food and beverage services, shopping; accommodation services; tourist support services; and operational management systems.
Organize the appraisal, re-appraisal, and classification of hotels; appraise the issuance of domestic travel service business licenses and the issuance, renewal, and re-issuance of tour guide cards; organize the inspection of the implementation of State regulations and conditions on technical facilities and services for tourists of a number of tourist accommodation establishments in the province. Appraise support application files according to Resolution No. 105/2023/NQ-HDND, dated July 12, 2023 of the Provincial People's Council on promulgating regulations on a number of policies to support tourism development in Ninh Binh province in the period 2023-2030
Continue to research and advise on the Project for Tourism Development of Ninh Binh Province to 2030, with a vision to 2045; edit the book "Ninh Binh Tourism Guide", update content after the merger of the new province.
Applying information technology, promoting Ninh Binh tourism on digital platforms. Building youtube channels to promote Ninh Binh cuisine and tourism; consulting and supporting businesses in information and advertising on Ninh Binh tourism promotion publications and industry websites; building electronic newsletters to promote tourism. Regularly recording and taking photos of tourism activities as documents to serve tourism promotion and building a warehouse of explanations for tourist areas and spots in the province.
