At the places visited, the head of the provincial Military Command kindly asked about the situation and family circumstances as well as gave gifts to the families and young people preparing to join the army. Although their families' conditions were still difficult, most of the young people had good awareness, wrote applications to volunteer for military service, contributing to building and protecting the Fatherland.

I hope that young people will promote the revolutionary tradition of their family and hometown, actively study and train, and be determined to complete their assigned tasks well, strive to mature in the military environment, and after being discharged from the army, return to their hometowns to contribute to developing the family economy and building their hometown.

It is known that in the 2024 military recruitment, Quang Tri province has 1,000 young men joining the army. Currently, all levels and sectors are doing well in all preparations for the military handover ceremony held on February 26.
