Thai Thuy: Total production value in the first 6 months of 2025 increased by 12.2% over the same period

On the afternoon of June 19, Thai Thuy district held a conference to review the leadership and direction of implementing political tasks in the first 6 months of 2025. In the first 6 months of 2025, the total production value of Thai Thuy district is estimated to reach more than 17,100 billion VND, an increase of 12.2% over the same period in 2024; of which the production value of agriculture, forestry and fishery is estimated to increase by 1.2%; industry, handicrafts, and basic construction increased by 16.52%; trade and services increased by 8.3% over the same period. The total local budget revenue is estimated to reach more than 1,221 billion VND, reaching 67.3% of the estimate. In site clearance work, the district has approved 87 plans, the recovered area is more than 275 hectares, the total compensation and support cost is more than 690 billion VND. The district promptly implements regulations on support policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in implementing the organization of the apparatus; develops plans for the arrangement and organization of the administrative apparatus; Arrange and edit records and documents to serve the handover work when merging communes and ending district-level government operations. Political security and social order and safety are maintained.

To prepare conditions for the new commune-level activities from July 1, 2025, the district requires Party committees and organizations at all levels to continue to carry out propaganda work well to create consensus and high unity in awareness and action in implementing the 2-level local government model; carry out well the handover of finance, public assets, and archives to ensure compliance with regulations before the end of district-level government activities; review and complete the personnel plan to arrange new commune-level cadres and civil servants to ensure timeliness and compliance with regulations.

At the conference, 3 party members who have successfully completed their tasks for 5 consecutive years received certificates of merit from the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
