In the context that the whole country is gradually entering a new era of development, Tay Ninh with its new appearance after administrative consolidation is demonstrating high political determination, unanimously overcoming difficulties, promoting potential to create comprehensive breakthroughs in all fields.

The Executive Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee has set a goal of completing the targets set for the term, clearly identifying economic growth as a key and urgent task; leading and operating with innovative, scientific thinking, closely following reality; building a united and consensual apparatus, taking people and businesses as the center to serve.

Aggressive economic growth scenario

Tay Ninh is urgently reviewing and finalizing the economic growth scenario with the target of GRDP in 2025 reaching 9 - 9.5%, striving to reach the double-digit mark. To realize this goal, the province focuses on maximizing its potential and advantages after the merger, focusing on economic restructuring, promoting digital transformation, improving productivity, quality and competitiveness of the economy.

Tay Ninh province's planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, is being integrated and adjusted to ensure synchronization of transport infrastructure, electricity, clean water, etc., creating an effective regional connectivity platform and opening up new space to attract large investment resources.

The province pays special attention to developing high-tech industries, supporting industries, and green industries associated with agriculture and rural areas. Strategic investors with capacity and experience are given priority to form a modern industrial-urban ecosystem.

Along with that is the rapid development of effective industrial parks and clusters, improving occupancy rates, disbursement of investment capital and operational efficiency in existing industrial clusters.

Mobilizing all investment resources for socio-economic infrastructure, the province is prioritizing key projects serving production, circulation and sustainable development.

In particular, Tay Ninh is closely coordinating with the Central Government and localities to speed up the progress of regional connectivity projects such as the Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai Expressway, Provincial Road 827E, Duc Hoa Dynamic Axis... In particular, compensation and site clearance work is being focused on to ensure timely commencement.

In addition, the province actively supports major projects at the Ba Den Mountain National Tourist Area, prepares material mines for construction, and proposes that the Central Government consider the Pilot Project of a special mechanism for the Moc Bai Border Gate Economic Zone - a strategic trade hub connecting Vietnam and Cambodia.

Strict financial management, effective public investment

The province tightened financial and budgetary work, ensuring correct, sufficient and timely collection, effectively exploiting remaining revenue sources. At the same time, the province implemented thorough savings in regular expenditures, avoiding waste. The arrangement of headquarters and facilities after the merger was carried out methodically according to the Prime Minister's Official Dispatch No. 68/CD-TTg, ensuring savings and efficiency.

Tay Ninh has been preparing for the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2026 - 2030 in a focused, key direction, ensuring feasibility and creating development momentum. The province is determined to allocate and disburse capital on schedule, avoiding loss and negativity; not allowing outstanding debts to arise in basic construction. Strategic traffic projects such as Boi Loi Street and 3/2 Street are also being accelerated.

Tay Ninh agriculture is strongly transforming towards clean, organic, high-tech, green growth. The province focuses on reducing environmental impacts, rationally using resources, and responding to climate change. The national target program on new rural construction is implemented substantially and sustainably under the motto: "Ecological agriculture, civilized farmers, modern countryside".

Collective economic models, especially agricultural cooperatives, are also encouraged to develop in diversity, playing a key role in linking production and consumption of agricultural products.

Promoting the private sector

Implementing Resolution 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo, Tay Ninh is concretizing practical and effective private economic development policies. Along with that, the province is promoting administrative reform, improving the provincial competitiveness index (PCI), the public administration and governance index (PAPI)...

The province is determined to eliminate corruption and inconvenience to people and businesses. All procedures related to investment, land and construction are made public, transparent, implemented uniformly and simplified to the maximum, creating an open, transparent and fair investment environment.

Tay Ninh is effectively utilizing new-generation free trade agreements to boost exports, expand markets, and build brands for local products. In addition, developing the digital economy, e-commerce, and a synchronous goods distribution system are the focus.

The province aims to attract large-scale commercial and service centers ("one stop" model) and strengthen market control, combat trade fraud and smuggling. At the same time, the province focuses on environmental protection, strictly handling polluting establishments, and raising public awareness in responding to climate change.

Tay Ninh is in a period of strong transformation with the post-merger administrative apparatus being consolidated and put into stable operation. Headquarters and working equipment for staff are being reviewed, invested, repaired and upgraded to ensure the best working conditions.

The merger of administrative units is a strategic step to streamline the apparatus, increase operational efficiency and save budget. The province has directed agencies, units and localities to receive and operate transitional public investment programs and projects without interrupting the development flow.
