Accordingly, for the section passing through Thang Binh district, the provincial People's Committee leader requested the district People's Committee to study and apply all legal and provincial regulations to consider and provide maximum support to affected households, organizations and individuals during the process of compensation, site clearance and resettlement according to regulations to create consensus among the people.

In cases of land use in traffic corridors, the People's Committee of Thang Binh district directs the unit implementing compensation work to coordinate with the People's Committees of communes and related departments and units to inspect and measure according to the current status of use, clearly determine the origin of the land, the time of land use and consider compensation for households and individuals in accordance with the provisions of law.

In the area of the railway overpass construction in Binh Quy commune, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee specifically directed the settlement of cases within the land acquisition and clearance zone or outside the land acquisition and clearance zone. If within the land acquisition and clearance zone, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the People's Committee of Thang Binh district will focus on propaganda and mobilization for the last time. In case of non-compliance, the dossier and procedures will be consolidated and completed to protect the construction or enforce land recovery in accordance with regulations, to be completed before August 30, 2024.

In the remaining cases, the district will focus on completing documents, procedures, and approving compensation and site clearance plans before July 31, 2024 to implement the next steps in accordance with regulations.
