Training on professional skills in public reception, complaint handling and anti-corruption and negativity

Implementing the arrangement of the organizational system, from July 1, 2025, localities and departments and branches will no longer have inspection agencies. Accordingly, departments, branches and localities perform inspection functions and tasks within the scope of state management and the heads (Chairmen of People's Committees of communes, wards, special zones and directors of departments and branches) are responsible for assigning subordinate units to advise on the implementation of inspection tasks, receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations and preventing corruption, waste and negativity according to the provisions of law.

With fundamental changes in the work of receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations, and preventing corruption, waste, and negativity at the grassroots level, the training course helps professional departments and officials and civil servants assigned to advise Party committees and authorities to grasp legal regulations and powers in receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations, and preventing corruption and negativity when implementing the two-level government model.
