Thanh Hoa Bioenergy Wood Pellet Factory under Thanh Hoa Bioenergy Joint Stock Company was invested and built in Tan Thanh commune with a designed capacity of 180,000 tons/year, total investment of 339 billion VND.

Looking back at the 2020-2025 term, in the context of many difficulties and challenges, with the attention, leadership, direction and support of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, provincial departments, branches, the Party Committee, the government and the people of all ethnic groups in Tan Thanh commune have promoted the tradition of solidarity, proactiveness, and strived to achieve many important results, that is, the economy maintained its growth rate, many economic indicators exceeded the set targets and plans. Digital transformation and administrative procedure reform were given attention; the investment and business environment was clearly improved, attracting the highest direct investment capital ever. Investment attention was paid to socio-economic infrastructure. Social security policies, support for housing construction, vocational training, job creation, and poverty reduction were taken care of, and the material and spiritual life of the people was improved. Ethnic and religious affairs, child protection and care, gender equality and prevention and control of social evils continued to be focused on; national defense and security were maintained. The work of Party building and rectification and the political system was carried out synchronously, with progressive changes; many shortcomings and violations in various fields were promptly rectified, overcome and handled; the people's trust in the Party, the government and the political system was enhanced.

Entering the 2025-2030 term, Tan Thanh commune has many favorable opportunities, especially the two-level local government model gradually coming into stable operation, rearranging administrative units, allocating resources, creating new development space. At the same time, many laws were supplemented, amended and completed by the 15th National Assembly; the Central Government issued many mechanisms and policies, especially on science and technology development, innovation, digital transformation, and private economic development. In the province, the achievements in recent years have consolidated and enhanced the position, potential and prestige of Thanh Hoa; many new programs, projects, mechanisms, policies and models have been and are being implemented and continue to promote effectiveness; socio-political stability, solidarity and unity within the Party, within the political system and among the people have been strengthened. After the merger, Tan Thanh commune is located adjacent to dynamic areas, with conditions to connect and promote economic development; The achievements in the recent period, together with the potential and strengths in terms of geographical location, land and labor, are favorable conditions for socio-economic development; the staff, civil servants and public employees after the merger have been gradually improved, meeting the requirements of the tasks. In the 2025-2030 term, determining the motto "Solidarity - Discipline - Action - Development", to realize the goal of rapid, sustainable and comprehensive development, Tan Thanh Commune Party Committee has built 6 key tasks, 3 breakthroughs with main tasks and solutions: Strengthening the building and rectification of the Party and the political system comprehensively, synchronously and effectively, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new period. Organizing the drastic, effective, creative and timely implementation of the Party's guidelines and resolutions, policies and laws of the State and newly issued laws; strongly shifting the mindset from agricultural production to agricultural economy, focusing on restructuring the agricultural sector, associated with market development, application of modern science and technology. At the same time, strongly transforming the structure of crops and livestock in accordance with natural conditions and consumer needs; Forming concentrated, large-scale, high-tech, high-value-added specialized farming areas.

The model of growing fruit trees with high economic efficiency has been and is being replicated in Tan Thanh commune.

The commune strives to accumulate an additional 1,000 hectares of land for large-scale agricultural production, applying high technology in the 2025-2030 period; strives for the product value per hectare of land for cultivation and aquaculture to reach 75 million VND or more; promotes livestock development in the direction of concentrated, high-tech farms, according to the value chain; focuses on developing models of raising specialty animals, raising household livestock in the direction of organic, efficient, safe, and sustainable; promotes production forestation according to the model of planting large trees and planting protective forests; develops raw material areas according to international FSC standards; completes the development of commune construction planning, planning, and commune land use plans in a direction consistent with the higher-level planning and local development orientation; focuses on planning land funds for industrial and handicraft development to attract investment; prioritizes projects such as textiles, footwear, etc.

Along with that, focus on developing service types, pay attention to attracting investment in building trade and service infrastructure, research and invest in building new traditional markets, food safety stores, encourage economic sectors to participate in investing in supermarkets and convenience stores. Focus on completing, putting into operation, using and promoting the effectiveness of a number of key traffic works; continue to propose competent authorities to pay attention to investing, renovating and upgrading provincial road 519B through Tan Thanh commune and the rural traffic system. Pay attention to investing in infrastructure systems such as roads, electricity, schools and stations to serve the learning, health care and living needs of the people.
