Accordingly, Social Insurance Region I requires the Chief of Office, Heads of Staff Departments, Directors of Social Insurance of districts, towns, and inter-districts to disseminate and fully understand the requirements of Vietnam Social Insurance on organizing and implementing tasks in the new commune-level administrative areas while waiting for competent authorities to decide on the arrangement and reorganization of Social Insurance agencies in accordance with the 2-level local government organization model to all officials and employees of the unit to know and implement.
Social Insurance of Region I also clearly stated a number of requirements to ensure the organization and implementation of social insurance and health insurance (HI) regimes and policies; management of social insurance, unemployment insurance (UI), and HI revenue and expenditure in the area and the results of the implementation of political tasks of Social Insurance of Region I while waiting for the competent authority to decide to rearrange the social insurance of districts, communes, and inter-districts (collectively referred to as district level) in accordance with the model of organizing a 2-level local government. Especially to avoid interruptions and discontinuities in the implementation of tasks serving the people, workers, and employers in the capital.
Specifically: Director of Social Insurance Region I Nguyen Ngoc Huyen temporarily assigned the Director of Social Insurance at the district level to continue performing the task of organizing the implementation of social insurance and health insurance regimes and policies; managing the collection and expenditure of social insurance, unemployment insurance and health insurance in the communes and wards (collectively referred to as commune level) under the management of the district-level Social Insurance before the implementation of the model of organizing the 2-level local government apparatus.
Details of the assigned area for task implementation are as follows:




The Director of Hoan Kiem District Social Insurance manages and organizes the implementation of social insurance and health insurance policies and regimes; manages the collection and disbursement of social insurance, unemployment insurance and health insurance in Hong Ha Ward (the relevant district-level Social Insurance shall hand over and receive related tasks and documents according to the guidance and handover documents of Vietnam Social Insurance)./.
