The Tax Department ( Ministry of Finance ) is upgrading its information technology system to meet the requirements of arranging tax agencies according to the two-level local government model and some tax regulations effective from July 1.
Therefore, the Tax Department has temporarily suspended a number of electronic tax systems for upgrading and conversion. Specifically, the temporarily suspended electronic tax systems include: The Tax Department's electronic information page (website); Application for Managing Tax Procedure Services (THI); E-commerce Information Portal for information provision platforms; Electronic Information Portal for households and individuals doing e-commerce and digital business; Electronic tax application (eTax); Electronic tax application for individuals (iCanhan); eTax Mobile application; Information portal for information exchange with external units and organizations (DataHub/GIP/T2B).
Suspension time from 6pm June 27 to 8am July 1.
The electronic invoice application for taxpayers will be temporarily suspended from 0:00 to 3:00 on July 1.
The internal management system of the Tax sector (including the electronic invoice subsystem for tax officers) only allows the use of lookup functions for data handover.
The Electronic Information Portal for foreign suppliers is still operating normally.
Tax authorities will continue to receive and process tax administrative procedures directly at the one-stop department and via post during the process of upgrading and converting applications.
During the suspension period, the system may experience service interruptions; the resolution and return of results may be delayed.
