Accordingly, upon receiving Document No. 1609/TTr-UBND dated June 9, 2025 of the People's Committee of Gia Lai province requesting to review and appraise the Economic - Technical Report on conservation, restoration and promotion of the value of the special national historical relic Tay Son Thuong Dao relic complex, Tay Son ward, An Khe town, Gia Lai province, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has researched and given appraisal opinions.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism appraises the technical and economic report on the conservation and restoration of the special national relic of the Tay Son Thuong Dao relic complex.
In which, the agreement on the Economic - Technical Report on the conservation and restoration of the special national historical relic of Tay Son Thuong Dao relic complex, Tay Son ward, An Khe town, Gia Lai province, includes the following contents: renovating the An Khe School yard (replacing Bat Trang brick floor with Bat Co brick floor, rebuilding the yard foundation and flower bed foundation); renovating the Exhibition House (cleaning, painting walls, waterproofing, replacing the old brick floor with granite brick on the 1st floor and Ceramic brick on the 2nd floor, replacing 01 old iron sliding door and 01 entrance door); renovating the lotus pond railing.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism noted that the area for renovating the An Khe Truong stadium has a large area, however, the renovation plan does not have technical regulations on drainage and the slope of the stadium surface, so it will continue to be the cause of the relic stadium deteriorating quickly after being renovated.
It is necessary to preserve and reuse as much as possible old tiles that are still usable; Protect the interior exhibits of the Exhibition House to ensure safety throughout the construction process; ensure that the wall paint is similar to the old color of the building, in harmony with the general landscape; Add color photos of the current status of the Lotus Lake area.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests that within 60 days from the date of handover and putting the project into use, the investor is requested to send the Project Diary and Completion Document to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (through the Department of Cultural Heritage) for storage and to serve the management of the relic.
