Hyra Network, a technology startup founded by Vietnamese people, has just been awarded the “Technology Startup of the Year” award at the Globee Awards for Technology 2025. This award recognizes Hyra's outstanding contribution in developing a decentralized AI infrastructure model, leveraging computing power from the community instead of relying on centralized data centers.

The Hyra Network platform is developed by Hyra Tek JCS (Vietnam) and operated by Hyra Tek Smart Solution LLC (UAE). The system allows users to share idle resources from devices such as phones, personal computers, and IoT devices to form a global computing network for AI training and deployment. Hyra's underlying technology is Layer-3 blockchain architecture, which helps process large volumes of data with low latency.
A highlight of Hyra's ecosystem is the Hyra AI platform with a Train-to-Earn model. Users can contribute processing power from their personal devices to train AI models and receive rewards based on their level of contribution. This approach both effectively exploits idle resources and motivates the community to participate in technology development.
Currently, Hyra Network has connected about 2.5 million devices in more than 205 countries and territories. Of these, about 700,000 devices are online and more than 1 million users have performed KYC. The total computing capacity is more than 360,000 teraflops and the system has more than 10 paying enterprise customers. These numbers show that Hyra is not just a potential idea but is gradually being successfully deployed in reality.
The Globee Awards is an annual award honoring innovative technology companies around the world, with a jury of more than 100 experts in many fields. Hyra's inclusion this year shows the growing attention of the international technology community startups towards from Vietnam.
“This award is a confirmation of the direction we have chosen – where AI is built and shared by the community. We believe that technology must be developed in a way that is fair, open and that everyone can benefit,” said Jonh Tran, founder of Hyra Network.
