During the period 1973-1975, from this headquarters, many international delegations visited and established diplomatic relations, demonstrating the recognition and support of friends from all over the world for the just struggle of the Vietnamese people. The relic site is a vivid testament to the active diplomatic role of the Southern revolution, contributing to creating position and strength at the international negotiating table, especially in the process of national reunification.

Continuing the journey to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, the Road 9 Cemetery, Truong Son Cemetery and Quang Tri Ancient Citadel were the three places that the delegation visited and respectfully bowed before the graves of thousands of patriotic soldiers. In the quiet and sacred space, each row of tombstones, each peaceful forest or each ancient brick stained with time told heroic and painful stories. The deep, sacred emotions made each member of the delegation not only remember but also deeply reflect on the value of peace today.
