The question and answer session at the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly began this morning, June 19, and will last for 1.5 days (June 19-20) on 2 groups of issues. The National Assembly Chairman will deliver the opening and closing speeches and direct the contents of the Question and Answer session.

Specifically, the two groups of issues questioned by the National Assembly are in the fields of finance and education and training.

Accordingly, the first group of issues is in the financial sector, focusing on the following contents: Solutions on financial work for socio -economic development, ensuring growth targets, renewing traditional growth drivers, establishing and promoting new growth drivers. Solutions to improve the operational efficiency of state-owned enterprises; solutions to support and promote the development of the private economy into the most important driving force of the economy; solutions to promote the attraction of foreign direct investment (FDI). Mechanisms and policies to promote and attract investment, develop industrial parks and economic zones.

The person answering the question is the Minister of Finance.

Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung, Ministers of Industry and Trade, Agriculture and Environment, Construction, Science and Technology, and Foreign Affairs participated in answering questions and explaining related issues.

The second group of issues is in the field of education and training, focusing on the following contents: Current situation and solutions for developing and improving the quality of higher education associated with the requirement of creating high-quality human resources, meeting the requirements of socio-economic development. Implementation of legal regulations on extra teaching and learning. Ensuring a safe, healthy and friendly educational environment; preventing and combating school violence; ensuring food safety and hygiene in schools.

The person answering the question is the Minister of Education and Training.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long, Ministers of Finance, Home Affairs, Health, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Science and Technology, and Public Security participated in answering questions and explaining related issues.
