Sancho refuses to leave MU

Jadon Sancho rejected AS Roma's offer and is not ready to go to Türkiye, causing MU to continue to be deadlocked in resolving the player's future.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed that Jadon Sancho's agent officially informed AS Roma that they would not accept the offer from the Italian capital club. The "Red Devils" agreed to sell outright for £20 million, but Sancho refused to leave.

Sancho wants to take more time to consider other options, while Roma will have to quickly find a replacement target. As for MU, the Old Trafford team hopes to receive more offers with a similar price.

British media confirmed that Besiktas contacted MU 2 weeks ago to explore the terms of the deal. However, since then there have been no new negotiations.

The Turkish team is willing to meet the fee the "Red Devils" require, but Sancho currently does not want to play in the Super Lig. This can only be the last option Sancho considers, because the transfer market in Türkiye is open until September 12.

At present, Sancho has not reached a personal agreement with Roma, and has not negotiated with Besiktas. Although MU is willing to sell, the future of the English winger is still in a deadlock.

Sancho has no future at Old Trafford, so MU is ready to close the deal as soon as the 25-year-old player agrees. The current contract between the two sides is only valid until the end of the 2025/26 season.
