Colors of International Yoga Day

On the morning of June 8, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with the Consulate General of India in Ho Chi Minh City and related units to organize the 11th International Yoga Day - 2025 at Nghinh Phong Square (Nguyen Huu Tho - Doc Lap, Ward 9, Tuy Hoa City). Attending the event were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, departments, branches, representatives of the Consulate General of India in Ho Chi Minh City, along with leading Indian Yoga experts and trainers.

According to the Organizing Committee, the 11th International Yoga Day event - 2025 brings together about 1,500 members from 34 clubs in the province, along with 4 guest groups from Ninh Thuan , Quang Nam, Khanh Hoa and Ho Chi Minh City, performing special Yoga exercises together.

This is a thousand-year-old Indian tradition that combines physical, mental and spiritual activities to achieve harmony of body and mind.

Up to now, millions of people around the world have practiced Yoga because of the health benefits it brings. In Phu Yen , Yoga is becoming more and more popular and receiving the support of people.
