At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee reviewed and commented on 11 reports of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee, focusing on groups of issues on the draft resolution of the Provincial People's Council on the socio -economic development plan, ensuring national defense and security of Tuyen Quang province in 2025; public investment plan, state budget revenue estimates, local budget expenditures; provincial budget allocation plan and additional provincial budget for communes and wards in 2025...

Opinions suggest continuing to carefully review the socio-economic development indicators for the last 6 months of the year, especially the indicators on the growth rate of total product in the province and average income per capita. There should be solutions to remove difficulties when initially operating the 2-level local government as well as policies to ensure even development and reduce the gap between communes in the area.

Regarding the draft Resolution regulating policies to support travel and working conditions for officials, civil servants, public employees and employees of agencies and organizations when implementing administrative unit arrangement, delegates said that this is a resolution with a large impact and wide scope, so it is necessary to continue researching and reviewing the contents. When building the Resolution, it is necessary to have feasibility, reduce administrative procedures when implementing and comply with regulations.

Also at the conference, opinions suggested focusing on propaganda to prevent African swine fever. Along with that, functional sectors need to quickly find solutions to deal with African swine fever, minimizing losses for farmers.

Concluding the Conference, Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh requested the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee to continue to complete the submissions and review the legal bases in accordance with regulations and authority. The decentralization of tasks must be feasible and based on the local response capacity. Regarding budget allocation, public investment capital must be reasonable and scientific , creating resources to promote socio-economic development from the province to the grassroots level. At the same time, focus on digital transformation from the commune level to the provincial level.

Regarding the socio-economic development plan, ensuring national defense and security of Tuyen Quang province in 2025, the Provincial Party Secretary noted that it is necessary to continue to supplement the assessment and forecast of the situation to have appropriate solutions, assign specific tasks according to the motto of clear people, clear work, clear implementation time. Determined to achieve and exceed the targets of growth rate, per capita income, and disbursement of public investment capital. The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that it is necessary to strengthen training and guidance for commune-level cadres in performing tasks in the new situation; establish working groups to support communes in the direction of hand-holding, showing work, and removing difficulties right at the grassroots level. Along with that, prepare the best conditions for the 2025-2026 school year, strengthen the prevention of African swine fever. Early assignment of staff to public service units in the fields of education , health, and local government at 2 levels.

Regarding the policy to support cadres, it is necessary to continue to research, collect opinions from beneficiaries, clearly define the content, appropriate and effective norms and ensure the ability to balance the local budget.
