It is expected that the delegation will conduct direct inspections at commune-level public administrative service centers in August and September 2025. The inspection contents include the implementation of Decree No. 118/2025/ND-CP of the Government regulating the implementation of the one-stop mechanism, the inter-connected one-stop mechanism at the one-stop department and the National Public Service Portal; the deployment and implementation of the tasks assigned by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in Plan No. 68/KH-UBND to implement Decree No. 118 of the Government and Plan No. 04/KH-UBND to implement administrative reform in 2025; the inspection contents in Section 3, Chapter VII of Circular No. 02/2017/TT-VPCP dated October 31, 2017 of the Minister, Head of the Government Office guiding the professional work on administrative procedure control.
