After storm No. 5, some destinations in Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park such as Phong Nha Cave, Tien Son Cave, and Thien Duong Cave have reopened to welcome tourists . As for tourist attractions such as streams and waterfalls such as Ozo Park and Mooc Stream, due to deep floodwaters and slow drainage, thick layers of mud were left on the paths and temporary resting areas, so it took a long time to clean up.
Ozo Park representative said that since yesterday afternoon, the resort's staff has been taking advantage of the floodwaters to urgently clean up and sanitize, with the goal of welcoming guests back from August 29.

A representative of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam province said that we require accommodation, transportation and food service establishments to ensure hygiene, food safety, a clean environment and be ready to respond to adverse weather. Along with that, travel agencies, road and waterway transport units must be fully equipped with rescue equipment and backup plans; at the same time, regularly propagate and advise tourists to comply with safety regulations when participating in tourism activities.
Along with tourism activities in Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park being resumed after a temporary suspension due to storm No. 5, in the coming days in Quang Tri, many large-scale cultural and artistic activities and programs will take place to serve the people and tourists. Notable among them are the art program "Quang Tri - Convergence and Shine" in Dong Hoi ward; the traditional boat racing festival on Kien Giang river; sports competitions and gratitude activities at relics and martyrs' cemeteries.
On this occasion, the province will also announce the ranking of National Monument at Long Dai ferry and inaugurate many new projects.
