Previously, at 9:45 a.m. on June 17, a fire broke out in a rented room at 97/29 Ngo Quyen Street, Thoi Binh Ward. After receiving the report, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police of Can Tho City Police quickly arrived at the scene and coordinated with the functional forces at the facility to put out the fire. At around 10:10 a.m. on the same day, the fire was extinguished. According to initial information, the cause was an electrical short circuit; the fire did not cause any casualties, and property damage was about 300 million VND (2 rooms were completely burned, 6 rooms were affected).
