Attending the festival were Colonel Nguyen Ba Thanh - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for the People's Movement to Protect National Security in Khanh Hoa province; representatives of the leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, the Propaganda and Education Department of the Provincial Party Committee. On the side of Nha Trang ward, there were Mr. Luu Thanh Nhan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee; Mr. Tran Xuan Tay - Chairman of the Ward People's Committee and the participation of a large number of people in the area.

In recent times, with the attention of local authorities and Party committees, the movement of all people protecting national security in Nha Trang ward has developed and spread strongly, attracting people from all walks of life to participate in ensuring security and order. In residential areas in the ward, many effective self-management models of national security have been built, such as: Security camera model; self-management of motorbike taxi teams; self-management of national security and order associations; 2+1 management and education of subjects; parishioners participating in crime prevention and control; drug-free residential groups... In particular, fire prevention and fighting safety models such as: Inter-family fire safety groups, public fire fighting points have been replicated throughout residential groups, contributing to improving the effectiveness of fire prevention and fighting in residential areas. Through the movement, people have promptly reported and provided valuable information to help the police force resolve many cases related to national security and order.
On this occasion, many collectives and individuals in the ward were awarded certificates of merit by the Ministry of Public Security , the Director of the Provincial Police Department and the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee. The Steering Committee for the Provincial People's Movement to Protect National Security and the Steering Committee for the Ward People's Movement to Protect National Security also presented 40 gifts to households, families with meritorious services and members of the local security force who have made many contributions to the movement to protect national security and order.
